I've been helping people find the right vehicle for years. Here's a little about who I am, how I work, and why I think buying a car should actually be a good experience.
My name is Jim Cipriano — most people just call me Cip. I've spent my career in and around automobiles, and I can honestly say there's nowhere I'd rather be than on a lot talking to someone about their next ride.
I work at Brustolon Buick GMC in Mystic, CT — one of the finest dealerships in southeastern Connecticut. But this site isn't about the dealership. It's about what I do differently: I treat every single customer like a person, not a transaction.
When you contact me, you deal with me — not a team of salespeople passing you around, not an automated system. Me. One point of contact from the moment you reach out to the moment you drive away.
I'm a straight shooter. I'll tell you what I think a vehicle is worth. I'll tell you what your trade is worth. I won't play the number games some dealerships love. My goal is to put you in the right vehicle at the right price — and have you so happy with the experience that you send your friends and family to me next.
I have access to the full Brustolon lineup — new Buick, new GMC, and a carefully selected pre-owned inventory. If I don't have exactly what you need on the lot, I'll find it.
Call, text, or email me directly. No forms that go to a call center. Just me, ready to help.
